For your safety, sanitary measures are in place to ensure a safe and covid-free journey. All yachts are thoroughly disinfected before and after each passenger. All crew wear masks and hydroalcoholic gel is at your disposal at all times.

A) SOLSTICE IS REGISTERED UNDER THE FRENCH FLAG LE RIF AND MUST RESPECT THE RULES IN FORCE, AND THE SAFETY OF GOODS AND PEOPLE:

The crew is not allowed to deviate from the following rules:

Working hours: 8h / day, i.e. 48 / week

  • Exceptionally, overtime is allowed: 4h / day, i.e. 72h / week
  • After 6 days of work, a rest day is compulsory
  • Anchorages will not be possible except exceptionally, if the following day, or the day before, the guests agree not to sail, so that the crew can recover a full day, due to the night of security watch (***except with premium package ***)
  • For security reasons, the return to port will be one hour before sunset (***except with premium package ***)
  • Solstice can accommodate:
    • 8 permanent guests on board + 2 crew members
    • 12 guests on day cruise + 2 crew members
    • 14 guests on day cruise + 2 crew members
  • *** premium service ***
    • 6 permanent guests on board + 3 crew members
    • 12 guests on day cruise + 2 crew members
    • 14 guests on day cruise + 2 crew members

B) LIFE ON BOARD

  • Solstice is an owner's boat which is happy to welcome you on board, everything will be done to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
  • It should be noted that Solstice has only two crew members (*** except with the premium formula ***), the service will only be a family service as it is lavished on the owner and his friends on a cruise, without pretending to be a four-star service that can be had on the larger units with three or four crew members. The priority of the crew's time will always be the safety of goods and people and the hygiene of the boat.
  • Strictly non-smoking boat
  • The French breakfast is world famous, a hot drink: coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. A freshly squeezed fruit juice: orange or grapefruit. Good bread: baguette or toast, both with butter and jam and pastries, will be served from 9am to 10am (***except with premium package ***)
  • Only one meal will be served on board per day, preferably from 1pm to 2pm, it will be a mixed meal, for example: raw vegetables, seafood platter, mixed salad, grilled meat, fish, shellfish, charcuterie plancha, cheese, assorted pastries, fruit or ice cream. (***except with premium package ***)
  • The cooking of hot dishes will be limited to very simple and fast recipes based on pasta, rice, egg (***except with premium package ***)
  • Guests are welcome to inform the crew of their preferences or special diets,
  • The return to the ship after 8 pm will be without a welcome from the crew, who will be at rest or on a security watch (***except with premium package ***)
  • On the last day of the cruise, Solstice must return to port 2 hours before the departure of the guests to:
    • Check that no damage has been perpetrated during the cruise that could put the deposit into effect,
    • To approve the accounts in order to release the balance of the APA account in the following days
  • The children will be under the constant responsibility of the parents
  • Diving will be done exclusively with an external service provider and under his full responsibility
  • Personal linen will not be taken on board
  • The captain has full authority to stop any dangerous behavior that may jeopardize the safety or integrity of the crew or the boat. If the situation requires it, this authority may extend to the immediate disembarkation of the passengers.

C) MODIFICATION OF ECPY CONTRACT

No contract modification will be accepted if a change of itinerary leads to

  • A change in the VAT rate
  • An increase in sailing time
  • A change of qualification from international to national route
  • A risk to goods and persons due to unfavorable weather conditions
  • No change of program will be possible 48 hours before departure, including a change of port reservation
  • In case a change of itinerary is accepted and that this one generates an increase of the engine hours, an addendum will be signed before the diversion and will be the object of an invoicing of 1000 € HT / per engine hour* for the first 4 hours, fuel included, the rate of VAT will be that of the main contract. The following hours will be invoiced at 800 € HT / per engine hour*, fuel not included. Any hour started will be invoiced

*An hour per engine is understood to mean the time spent sailing, waiting and maneuvering in port.
